Appointments automatically follow the job's workflow stage: Quote Requests show as Scheduled Quote / Assessment and Jobs Ready to Schedule show as Scheduled / Booked. Cancelling the appointment automatically returns the job to its underlying ready-to-schedule stage. Past appointments with no workflow outcome are flagged for attention. Appointments sync to the assigned user's Google Calendar.
