Cascade Window & Door Solutions uses the Cascade web application to manage customer jobs, appointments, supplier quote requests, and related business activity. This policy explains how information is handled when Google services are connected to the Cascade application.

Information We Access

When an authorized user connects Google services, Cascade may request access needed to perform specific business functions, including:

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to provide the features requested by the authorized Cascade user. For example, Gmail authorization is used to send supplier-request emails, and Google Calendar authorization is used to synchronize work appointments.

Storage and Security

Authentication credentials and tokens required to maintain authorized Google connections may be stored securely in the application's backend systems. Cascade does not display these credentials to other application users.

Sharing of Information

Cascade Window & Door Solutions does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes. Information may be processed by service providers that host or operate the Cascade application only as necessary to provide the application's functionality.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only as needed for the operation of Cascade and normal business recordkeeping. An authorized user may revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings. If access is revoked, Cascade will no longer be able to use that Google connection.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Cascade's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
